5. Use of Services

7. Payments and Fees

If you engage Value Vision Group for services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms outlined in our service agreements. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing a 30-day written notice. This applies to all ongoing digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, and content marketing. Written notice must be sent via email to [hello@valuevisiongroup.com]. Once notice is received, services will continue until the cancellation period ends, and the client will be billed for all work completed during this period.

2. Minimum Contract Period

Value Vision Group requires a minimum contract period of 3 months for ongoing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media management. This is to ensure enough time for measurable results. Clients may cancel after the initial 3-month period with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

For project-based work (e.g., website design, one-time campaigns), a non-refundable deposit of [20%-50%] of the project fee is required upfront. This deposit secures your project and covers the initial planning and resources invested. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. If the client cancels the project midway, no refunds will be issued for work already completed, and any outstanding balances will still be owed.

4. Prepaid Services

If a client has prepaid for services that extend beyond the 30-day cancellation notice period, Value Vision Group will issue a prorated refund for any unused services after the cancellation date, minus any expenses or fees incurred for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

5. Ad Spend and Media Budgets

Any prepaid advertising or media spend (e.g., for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is non-refundable once the ads have been deployed. For ad budgets that have not been spent by the cancellation date, clients may request a refund or transfer of the remaining funds. Please note that Value Vision Group is not responsible for third-party platforms’ refund policies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook), and refunds from those platforms are subject to their own terms and conditions.

6. Project Delays or Abandonment

If a project is delayed or stalled due to client inactivity for more than 30 days (e.g., failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals), Value Vision Group reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for work completed, and any remaining project fees will still be due. If the project is resumed later, a new project timeline and payment schedule will be negotiated.

7. Mutual Termination

Both Value Vision Group and the client reserve the right to terminate the service agreement by mutual consent at any time. In this case, any outstanding balances for services rendered up to the date of termination must be paid, and any prepaid, unused services may be eligible for a prorated refund.

8. No Guarantees of Specific Results

While Value Vision Group uses its expertise and best efforts to deliver the agreed-upon services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased sales, rankings, or leads. Digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors, many of which are outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and algorithm changes on platforms like Google and Facebook.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute related to cancellations, refunds, or any aspect of this agreement, Value Vision Group will first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the matter cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clauses outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to deliver the best results for our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our digital marketing services, such as increased sales or rankings.

 

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Value Vision Group and its employees, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Value Vision Group, its employees, agents, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website or Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Value Vision Group. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with any service agreements or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between you and Value Vision Group with respect to your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
